It’s obvious that if you’re trying to learn how to open your subconscious mind, that meditation is a great tool. Anyone who practices meditation will agree with this statement. On the other hand, meditation is illogical when it comes to matters of the mind and so we must use additional tools to help us.
How To Open Your Subconscious Mind With Access Consciousness
Osho, a great philosopher of spirituality and religion once wrote: “And the Greek mind says you can know only when thinking is clear, logical, rational, systematic. The Hindu mind says, When thinking disappears completely, only then is there any possibility to know. They are totally different, moving in diametrically opposite directions; but there is a possibility to synthesize both.” He was referring to the differences between a scientific mind, thinking logically and a spiritual mind during meditation.
As you can see, it is unlikely that you will master your subconscious mind if you don’t realize the necessity to combine both meditative and scientific thinking. For this reason, we recommend using phrases from Access Consciousness to help you get in tune with your subconscious mind. For example, when you feel that you are judging yourself you can ask one or all of the following:
- What’s right about me that I’m not getting?
- What’s right about this situation that I’m not getting?
- Through who’s eyes am I looking at myself right now?
- If I was really being me, what would I choose?
As each of these questions over and over until you feel the energy around the question feel lighter. Ask “What’s right about me that I’m not getting?” notice how you feel. Light? Heavy? Ask again, “What’s right about me that I’m not getting?” notice again how you feel. Continue this pattern until you feel completely light when you ask that question.
We use these phrases to access and talk to our subconscious mind. In turn, it helps us realize our truth and potential.
How To Use SIT
SIT stands for subconscious imprinting technique and this is how to open your subconscious mind and find repressed emotions, memories or traumas that are affecting your physical reality. For example, if you have chronic back pain that is feels better after a chiropractic adjustment, but it returns a few weeks later, it likely needs to be treated at a subconscious level.
Subconscious imprinting technique was developed by The Empowered Healers and it uses a variety of natural techniques to speak to the subconscious mind.
First, they must discover the source of the ailment by using muscle testing. Muscle testing allows us to uncover what exactly has been repressed, where it came from, and why we are repressing it.
Second, the next step is to use a technique similar to access consciousness (read above section) to release the trapped trauma from the body.
Third, is understanding the reasons behind it all so that we can consistently be aware of what our body is telling us. This allows us to find and release any other deep rooted issues that may arise.
